It's a mix of lemon, bergamot, cool mint, lavender, green accord, sandalwood, cedarwood, amber, and musk. It smells just like walking into a barbershop.

Scented with Shave and a Haircut fragrance.

This shampoo bar is good for all hair types and lengths. It can increase volume, reduce dandruff, and promote shiner hair with less frizz. Gentler than regular shampoo, shampoo bars allow your hair to retain color and moisture while reducing the instances of dry/oily scalp caused by SLS/SLES (chemicals found in regular shampoo). Removing these chemicals from your hair care routine will allow your hair to rebalance and produce an adequate amount of oils.

There is a transition period when switching to natural hair care products. The scalp may become oiler or drier than usual. This period can last between one to six weeks and is completely normal. It is due to the scalp trying to rebalance the pH levels.

Try an apple cider vinegar rinse after use to help ease the transition period and help reseal your hair's cuticles!

  • Blend one cup of water with two to four tablespoons of vinegar to make your rinse.
  • After you have shampooed and thoroughly rinsed your hair, slowly pour the mixture over your entire scalp, allowing it to run down the length of your hair (being careful not to get it in your eyes).
  • Massage the mixture into your scalp, which will also serve to stimulate circulation and hair growth.
  • After one to two minutes, rinse out the vinegar.

If you have dry hair, start out with two tablespoons of vinegar per cup of water. If you have oily hair or dandruff, three or four spoons will probably be required. You can adjust this blend over time to see what works best for your hair.
